Redbone - Childish Gambino. This is one of my favorite songs, the melody becomes very pleasant to the ears, every time I listen to it it transports me to my inner world, like my safe space. Childish hits some very high notes in this song, it tickles my head.  even being a rapper, he perfectly handles different genres like r&b in this song.

Film

Training Day. I highly recommend this movie, where denzel won the oscar for best actor and best villain in 2002. It keeps you with the police plot, a bit of the good cop bad cop game, it is entertaining and has several twists in the story. Denzel is too charismatic. Anything he says is instantly iconic, one of my favorite actors for sure.

 




Technology

My favorite piece of technology is the tattoo machine. Speaking of the classic rotary machine, I find the mechanism incredible, its fluidity when making the strokes on the skin allows for greater control and precision during the tattoo session. Its an amaizing piece if you are a begginer in the tatto world, its gonna help you grow a lot. 


Book

Rebeldes - Susan Eloise Hinton. This is one of my favorite books, this novel tell us the history of a gruop of friends who are marginals of the society, themes such as loyalty, friendship, family problems are narrated in an explicit way by the author. I recommend it 


Trinket 

Flags. This is one of my favorite toys, it calls "Swings"and it allows me to play with movements and repetitions to create a story through the flags. It has helped me a lot to loosen up my body and refine fine motor skills.

A song The song that am listening at this moment is "Everybody loves the sunshine" by Roy Ayers Ubiquity. The gender of this masterpiece is a mix between r&b, soul and jazz. The first time i heard this song was watching this raper movie calls "Straigh out compton" and the song starts to play since the first minute of the movie,and i just love the melody and the beautiful armony that transmist, y look it over and i inmediately added to my playlist, in the beginning i just love the song for the track, and then i start to listening more and more, and i realice that the lyrics was about enjoy the power of the sunshine, in your daily life, in the things you do, and all the beautiful tiny things that are in front of us day by day, this song relaxes me and transporting me to a good mood even if am having a bad day, thats why is one of my favorite songs in the world

 The main theme of the article is about Daniel Spoerri, who passed away at the age of 94, and was an artist known for his concept of "eat art."  Spoerri believed that the fundamental instincts of humanity were reproduction and nutrition, so he decided to focus his art on food, stating that "survival means eating, and eating means cuisine." The article mentions his most famous work, the tableaux pièges or "snare pictures," such as his piece Le Petit Déjeuner de Kichka (1961), where he glued the leftovers of a breakfast to a table and hung it vertically.
